Location: Tokyo, Japan

Job description

• Sales and marketing activities to promote BCI systems to universities, schools and healthcare sectors
• Local customer service and technical support for Japanese customers
• Responsible for online and offline technical support
• Closely communicate with regional sales manager to ensure high quality service and market penetration
• Local marketing event planning and execution

Job requirements

• University degree in biomedical engineering with 1-2 years working experience
• Growth and result-oriented mindset
• Responsible and well-mannered, self-disciplined and determined to serve customers with best service
• With Interest and knowledge in neuroscience/ neurotechnology would be an advantage
• Good proficiency in English is a must
• Immediate availability would also be an advantage

• ⽇本国内の顧客に対するカスタマーサービスおよび技術サポート (オンライン含む)
• 地域の営業マネージャーと密に連携し、⾼品質なサービスを提供し、市場への浸透を図る
• ⽇本国内の学会/マーケティングイベントの企画と実施

応募資格

• 必須要件 (MUST)
• Biomedical engineering (⽣体医⼯学) の学位を持ち、1-2年の実務経験がある⽅
• 英会話がビジネスレベルの⽅
  • IELTS academic 6.5以上 または TOEFL iBT 80以上 が⽬安
• 成⻑意欲が⾼く、結果を重視できる⽅
• 責任感が強く、礼儀正しく、⾃⼰管理ができる⽅で、最⾼のサービスを提供することに熱意を持
  っている⽅
• 希望要件 (WANT)
  • 神経科学やニューロテクノロジーに興味・知識がある⽅
  • すぐに勤務開始できる⽅

勤務時間

• ⽉曜⽇から⾦曜⽇の午前9時から午後6時まで、昼休憩1時間

給与

• 基本給: 17,000HKD (約32万円) x 13ヶ⽉から 学歴や経験に応じて調整
• コミッション: 売上収益の3%

交通費

• 通勤については、⾃宅から勤務地までの交通費は⽀給無し
