Unlike conventional EEG caps that require electrodes to be reinserted and repositioned before every experiment, g.GAMMAcap allows researchers to build dedicated, reusable electrode configurations that remain permanently mounted—even during cleaning. Entire caps can be prepared for specific paradigms such as P300, SSVEP, Motor Imagery, ERP, high-density EEG, or EEG-fNIRS, ensuring identical electrode placement across participants and repeated studies while virtually eliminating montage errors.

g.GAMMACAP fNIRS - INTEGRATED EEG & FNIRS CAP

g.GAMMAcap fNIRS enables synchronized EEG and functional near-infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS) recordings by combining g.SAHARA Hybrid or g.SCARABEO EEG electrodes with fNIRS modules on a single cap.

fNIRS modules are magnetically attached to the cap, while the optodes are placed at predefined locations over the sensorimotor and frontal cortex. This enables fast setup, reproducible optode placement, and reliable multimodal recordings for cognitive neuroscience, Brain-Computer Interfaces, neurorehabilitation, motor control, and neurovascular coupling research.

COMPATIBLE WITH WIRED EEG SYSTEMS

For applications requiring maximum channel counts, real-time processing, hyperscanning, Brain-Computer Interfaces, TMS-EEG, or multimodal neuroscience, g.GAMMAcap integrates seamlessly with g.HIamp and g.USBamp wired EEG amplifiers.
