Computers in Cardiology Challenge


The ARC Seibersdorf research GmbH is a partner of g.tec – Guger Technologies and developer of the ECG Toolbox II – Single Beat Analysis. And this year - after 2001 and 2004 - they succeeded in winning the Computers in Cardiology Challenge for the third time.

In the course of the challenge ARC Seibersdorf got ahead of participants from several well known scientific and commercial institutions, such as the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), the Cambridge University, GE Healthcare or Philips Research.

This year’s topic of the challenge was “QT interval measurement” and the winning algorithm is available as one part of the g.BSanalyze ECG Toolbox part II – Single Beat Analysis.
